Raising Awareness.
The name VAPIANO comes from “va piano”, which means to take it slow & easy. No reservations, no dress code – “come as you are” and enjoy fresh pasta and crispy airy pinsa.
After the pandemic, the challenge was to create awareness that Vapiano is still an attractive culinary option in Dortmund.
Spicing Up Community Engagement.
Initially, we gave the existing social media channels a facelift to create a fresh and appealing look.
By optimizing the profile description, profile picture, and color scheme, the channels now reflect the inviting ambiance of the restaurant.
Since the start of our collaboration, we have been involving local nano and micro-influencers and providing regular incentives for the community to diversify the content and increase engagement.
Social Media, Served to Dine.
Based on our social media strategy, we continuously identify new communication approaches and drive a mix of different measures such as influencer marketing, UGC and branded content ads.
We measure the success of our campaigns not only on the basis of social media KPIs, but above all on the growth of guests for the Dortmund site.
