Everyone is talking about a shortage of skilled workers – Provinzial Holding AG is not alone in its search for trainees and dual students.

The aim was to get the diverse range of training opportunities at the Münster, Düsseldorf, Kiel and Hamburg locations into the minds of the target group.

Social Recruiting: The Provinzial experience.

In cooperation with Provinzial Holding AG, we decided to advertise the vacant positions not only on the “audio track”.

We sent several influencers directly to the headquarters. The format ” one-day internship at Provinzial” gave the target group a real insight into the potential professional life of an insurance company.
